Gofest 1988 was the first Go Festival organised in Nigeria.

  • Theme: Missions: The unfinished task of the Church

  • Date:     10th to 16th of September, 1988

  • Venue: The Redemption Camp, Lagos/Ibadan Road.

It was the first of its kind and a unique event involving different Churches and Student Bodies. It was attended by over 5000 people with participants also from other African countries such as Tanzania, Ghana, Uganda, Zambia and the Cameroon, with a YWAM team member from London.

Gofest 1998 was an exciting, inspiring and power-packed event. The fragrance of the presence of the Lord permeated the atmosphere of the conference camp.

  • Theme: Possessing the Nations
  • Date:    April 1998
  • Venue: The Redemption Camp, Lagos-Ibadan Express Way,  near     Lagos, Ogun State

It was attended by over 8,000 youths from within Nigeria and neighbouring countries.

Gofest 2004 was the third conference.

  • THEME: Raising a fresh Generation of Kingdom Risk-Takers

  • VENUE: Foursquare Gospel Church Camp, Ajebo. Ogun state
  • DATE:     Easter Weekend, Wed. 16th to Mon. 21st April, 2003

Over two thousand five hundred youth/students representing more than 200 campuses, 45 major denominations, and from 28 of the 36 states of Nigeria gathered to learn how to live their lives with kingdom perspectives. They were helped, coached, counseled and guided by some one hundred and twenty (120) pastors, missions’ leaders and missionaries from both within and outside Nigeria. God sent His words  through renowned bible teachers, scholars and preachers from Nigeria, United States of America, Cameroon and Ghana to this great event.
